Our Mission Body Republic is a global collaborative committed to voicing the experiences of women through music, art and literature. Through publication, sponsorship, workshops and our community partnership efforts we cultivate and advance literacy, preserve and promote women in the arts and magnify the voices and experiences of women worldwide. Our Focus Our community strives to: Legitimize the visibility and validity of women. Eradicate societal barriers that limit the perception and roles of women. Insist upon and act to protect the most basic and universal rights of women. Build bridges of cross cultural understanding, support and connection. Revere the transforming value of creative expression, innovation and women connecting with women.
